Drageset to lead food service

Birthe Drageset is appointed new director for Rieber food service.

Birthe Drageset is appointed to the position as Director for Rieber food service. The last five years, Drageset has worked as Sales Director in Toro.

"The foodservice-market is in rapid growth, and is an area where I think we have good future potential. I see this as a great challenge, and look forward to getting started in the new job", said Birthe Drageset".

Drageset replaces Nina Skage, who has already started in her new job as Personnel and Organisational Development Director in Rieber & Søn.

Birthe has worked in Toro since 1997, first as Trade Marketing Manager, and later as Key Account Manager. Since 2003 she has worked as Sales Director in Toro. She will finish the 2009 chain negotiations in Toro before starting the job as director in food service.

From her previous job as Sales Director in Toro, Drageset sees several future opportunities.

"I see possibilities of taking further advantage of the synergies between the consumer business in Rieber & Søn and food service. This is an area where I think we can become even better. In addition, it will be exciting to look into the potential for development in the existing market".

Drageset will start in her new position on December 1st, and will be a part of Rieber & Søns Group Management Team.
